SkinTyte is a non-invasive laser skin rejuvenation system effective in treating loose or lax skin. Made by the Sciton company in the USA, SkinTyte safely and comfortably delivers infrared light energy deep below the skin's surface for increased tissue tightening and reduced skin laxity, improving the appearance of sun damaged and aged skin, as well as decreasing patches of facial and neck redness and flushing. SkinTyte gives you much younger looking skin.

By utilizing a broadband of light energy to heat dermal collagen, SkinTyte promotes the partial contraction of collagen. The heat also stimulates the body's natural healing process which generates the stimulation of a firmer collagen base that leads to tighter skin.

While SkinTyte radiates heat down into the dermal layers of the skin, it also simultaneously cools the outer layer or epidermis of the skin, thus reducing pain and minimizing internal thermal injury. For most patients, there is no need for any more than just a topical anesthetic cream, which is applied 30-60 minutes before the treatment.
