The procedure is quick and efficient and is recommended for those who want to improve a wide variety of skin conditions such as:
- Wrinkles and fine lines
- Tightening of the skin
- Post-traumatic scars
- Acne scars
- Age spots
- Sun spots
- Freckles
- Aging and sun-damaged skin
Our dermatologists use a highly advanced fractional Erbium lasers which transfers laser light and heat energy directly on to a 'fraction' of the skin tissue in the form of many pinpoint, 'micro' channels (areas of tissue destruction or ablation). And because these areas are situated next to areas where there is no breakdown or destruction of skin tissue, the treated skin heals fast.
Fractional laser skin resurfacing also means treatment suited to your particular needs and skin type. As opposed to more traditional CO2 laser treatments where there was one treatment protocol for all, New fractional Erbium lasers can be individually adjusted for variable depth-thermal heating and faster treatment times.
So, if you're thinking seriously about doing something to make your face look younger, fresher and healthier in overall appearance with fast healing, little downtime and less risk, fractional laser skin resurfacing may be the right solution for you.
