Hi Randy,
I promised to write to you about my surgery experience. I trust that this testimonial will help to give others an insight into my experience of surgery.
It is difficult to pinpoint exactly when I made the conscious decision to go under the knife. It kind of crept up on me slowly. I looked in the mirror and saw a person who looked like my own mother did when she was in her fifties - not such a bad thing - but with that were the saggy cheeks that had somehow crept down to my chin level, a make-up bag that had a vast array of highlighters, concealers, and wrinkle defence creams that feel good but do not make any difference. I tried facial fillers, not Botox , and facial exercises, but nothing worked, so I started to look on the net at what I could do to improve myself. If I could just knock a few years off, it would be worth it. I researched different methods of facial improvement such as laser resurfacing. I looked at many sites over the months while saving up the pennies for my transformation. However, I kept being drawn back to the Meditours in Budapest web site, with its glowing testimonials that I wondered if they were true! "Nothing is too much for Randy." " Caring and professional." Well it all is true. This man is dedicated to the before and after care of his clients and nothing is too much trouble for him . A Five Star Service, I was too hot in my apartment so Randy went out and came back with a floor standing fan!
My friend and I were picked up by Randy's driver Robert from the airport and taken to our apartment near the Danube where Randy was waiting. He looks a lot softer in real life and is a lovely man. I told him to get his pictures redone for his website as he looks younger in real life, much to his amusement. The photos make him look a bit stern.
We had a pleasant couple of days looking around the city before my operation, which was undertaken by Doctor K, a caring and very skilled surgeon whom I trust, would return to again, and fully recommend. I asked plenty of questions and was always given honest and professional advice at all stages of my surgery
The only down side was the request to take my clothes off in front of the Theatre staff when they came to take me down which I refused to do so there was a bit of an exchange between us. The approach to the hospital looked a bit run down and it crossed my mind that I may have been a bit hasty, but once inside I was Quality Controlling the cleaning and it was clean. I know this because I have worked as a Domestic Manager in a large inner city hospital, which is one of the reasons I chose to have surgery abroad as they do not have the issues we have with MRSA and other superbugs.
I had my surgery on 29th May - face and neck lift and liposuction to my stomach and abs to remove a middle aged paunch. I can honestly say that I was not in any pain although the bandage around my head was tight and got on my nerves, and I was sick all night following the anaesthetics, and I had to wear a girdle around my stomach.
I stayed in the apartment whilst I had the bandage on my head. Once that came off I ventured out with a large pair of sunglasses and plenty of concealer to cover the bruises. From the very minute I looked in a mirror I knew it had been worth it. I was myself again. It looked like me and I felt elated. It had taken at least 10 years off my face - close friends say 15. I felt like a new me. I had been reborn.
As every week goes by I can see a subtle improvement. Most of the bruising has gone and the scabs had fallen off the scars at 4 weeks. I have a slight bruise under my chin where I had lipo. There is still numbness to my right ear and to the cheek areas of my face so I massage them daily. I also used Sudacrem nappy rash cream on my scars to help the scabs come off and Vitamin E oil from a capsule - just break one open and apply to the scar once the scabs have come off. I felt it aided healing process.
I am really pleased with my face and stomach. I had major surgery and am lucky to heal fast. I was back in work four weeks after surgery.
Randy, thank you sincerely for your dedication and all your help and advice whilst I was under your care. Please tell Dr K that the results of his handiwork and skill as a surgeon are etched on my face and the results are “STUNNING”, to use the words of one of my oldest friends.
I am saving hard for my next visit next year. My daughter would like her ears pinned back and I would like some new boobs!!!!!!"
I trust you and your colleagues are going from strength to strength and business is booming.
